These were really good. I added some extra lemon juice, & I still wanted more lemon flavor, so then added a few drops of lemon essential oil. My husband loved them!

Delicious but I also added lemon zest & squeezed some fresh lemon juice on top before freezing

These were good, I did melt the butter and coconut oil then blend the cream cheese in so they would form to the cupcake molds and got 10 instead of just 6.
