    Yum! I love recipies I can make in the Instant Pot! Cook the ground beef and onion on saute. Then throw everything else in. Use a 6 oz can tomato paste instead of tomato sauce because of the liquid from the Cauliflower. Cook on Meat/Stew setting for 1 minuite. Quick release and cook on saute till thickened or serve in a bowl over low carb noodles. sprinkled with cheese.

    It was good. Cauliflower could have been a little more cooked but that was on me. I didn’t have basil or red pepper flakes but added some Italian seasoning and it had really good flavour. I would make it again!
