I used Lakanto's Maple syrup and this ice cream was too sweet for me. Maybe I'll try it again but cut the sugar and/or syrup in half. If I wouldve eaten this ice cream with my pre-keto taste buds, I know I would have loved it. Nevertheless, this was an amazing recipe. Thanks for sharing.
