    We definitely got our sugar cookie fix! But two things to be aware of: 1. it is VERY difficult to fully incorporate the batter and the melted cheese mixture. We ended up with a couple of random bites that definitely felt like biting into baked cheese. 2. (Un)Relatedly, the dough itself was wetter than anticipated and did not slice cleanly. I think this does imply the dough wasnt fully incorporated. Either way though the final product was mildly cheesy. However, would make again?!
