This was just so so. Just throwing ingredients into a casserole dish just didn't cut it. The bell pepper and onion should have been sauteed to soften, the cream cheese should have been melted. The flavor wasn't bad, it was more the texture and feeling like it wasn't cooked at all. I may try it again with some tweaking.

I've made this twice. the 2nd time I sauteed the onion and pepper first. It turned out much better.

Delicious and oh so creamy! Instead of tex-mex seasoning, I used 2 TBSP of Fajita seasoning. Meal was a huge hit with my family. Will make this again real soon.

This was delicious!!! I use boneless skinless chicken and then just shredded it as I only had that on hand. I added garlic salt instead of regular salt and some red Chili flakes too for a little extra flavour. It was amazing and so easy to make.
