This was super tasty and very lite. Great little summer time meal to stay on the low carb track!

Really easy and flavorful recipe! I substituted pork for turkey, used bag of coleslaw (with carrots) and had to use a little more soy sauce for richer flavor but other than that - awesome quick dinner! If you want a little bit crunchier texture - add 1/2 of bag of cabbage with mushrooms and other 1/2 towards the end.

My husband and I really liked it. My kids were not fans of the sausage so i think i will make it with ground pork next time.
