- 3 tsp. fine salt
- 2 tsp. mustard seeds (ground)
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 3 tsp. coconut aminos
- 3 oz. panko (pork, ground up pork rinds)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup coconut yogurt (see post for substitutions)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds (or everything bagel seasoning)
- 1 tsp. fresh ginger
- 1 Tbsp. coconut aminos
- fish sauce (splash of)
