You do not get any easier than this recipe. I did have to add some chicken bouillon to enhance the flavor. All in all a good easy snack

It was ok, but better when I added sesame oil, coconut aminos, and white pepper. I also used chicken bone broth, added some garlic powder, and topped with chives. I did use just a bit of corn starch (I know not keto friendly) to thicken it. Whole family loved it! The 2 stars were for the original recipe...not my additions.

i was surprised it was easy to make. With the number of ingredients I was surprised how flavorful it was. My husband liked it- bonus.

3.5 Stars Ok- but not as flavorful as had hoped.
I made quite a few substitutions and additions though and that may contributed to the OK taste. Not a fair rating of the soup really. Sautéed portobello mushrooms in butter and olive oil. Added A little spinach with the mushrooms. Made my soup out of chicken bone broth. Then follow the recipe- kinda. Used 2 cups erases 4 cups of chicken bone broth rather than Beef broth for a rich flavor and sautéed the mushrooms and spinach in a little garlic and red wine.

This turned out pretty amazing.
Following modifications work too :
Use stock + 1 bullion + no salt . Half the stock for a thicker soup.
