- 1/4 cup erythritol (or Swerve, powdered, or other healthy low-carb sweetener from this list, 40 g / 1.4 oz)
- 2 tsp. canela
- 1 tsp. vanilla powder (or 1 tbsp unsweetened vanilla extract, you can make your own)
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt (I like pink Himalayan)
- 1/3 cup coconut oil (melted, 73 g/ 2.6 oz)
- 2 large egg whites
- 50 grams dark chocolate (for coating, 1.8 oz - if using unsweetened chocolate, add extra sweetener)
- 20 drops stevia extract (optional)
