This only LOOKED good but tasted blahh!. All we did was sub coconut milk for skim milk but his has NO pumpkin flavor and NO sweetness to it. The texture was actually good, fluffy like a pie should be but was just a mouthful of bland mush. Would make again next time using a whole lot more sweetener.
