    I cut mine by hand, the very thin slices crisped up nicely, those that were a bit thicker... well I finished them up with 30 seconds in the microwave! I also mixed the seasoning in with oil in a little dish and then brushed on each piece to ensure plenty of even flavour. I’ve done this with a hot paprika version, a smoked paprika version and a garlic salt & black pepper version. Yum!

    As I posted, crispy but way too salty. Will make again but will only use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

    Mostly shrunk, and way to salty. Would be better probably a pinch here or there. Also it didn’t even flavor the zucchini. Not the greatest.
