This was great. I accidentally added too much Parmesan so it was a bit overkill, but if you get your measurements correct, it’s excellent! Will definitely make again but with the correct amount of Parmesan!

He loved it! I’m not a huge fan of spinach in general but would definitely make this again. Used an italian cheese mix (not just parm) and it got real creamy.

Made this for my family, 2 adult children, and it was delicious! Will make this again for sure. I added a few fresh mushrooms to the recipe and it was so good!!!

The cream sauce is great! Considering I’m really not a fan of cooked spinach, this was pretty good, and I would make it again. The biggest change I’d make is to chop the spinach before cooking. I’m texture sensitive on some things, and leaving the spinach whole was not a smart choice for me. Other changes were an extra clove of garlic and an extra ounce of cream cheese. The sauce also went incredibly well with the garlic and gruyere chicken sausages that I’d cooked as my protein. (For the non-keto people, the sauce would probably be really good on pasta!)

delicious. to answer the previous comment, just pouroff the water before you add the cream and cheese. i also added half a tablespoon of thickening agent to reduce the watery effect. best spinach I've had in a long time.

I loved it. I would definitely make this again. The only problem with it...too watery

Very yummy & easy. I used a whole onion & threw a chopped tomato in with the onion, too, and it was very yummy. Don't skip the nutmeg, it really tasted wonderful in there.

Great- used black pepper flavored cream cheese and added romano with the parm.

1 lb of spinach seems daunting, but it wilts quickly away. Great dish/great fats.

Very tasty, but a bit watery so I added more cream cheese to thicken. Not sure what I did wrong

The recipe was very tasty every time I’ve made it, I’m gonna start playing around with different seasonings from now on though. Good place to start!

Very good! Would make a great thanksgiving side. Substituted ricotta for cream cheese, because I had run out of cream cheese. It didn't thicken, but i may have added a little too much cream.

I love creamed spinach. If I'd know how easy it was to make, I would made it sooner. Even my 2 year old Grandson liked it.

Great! Better than Ruth’s Chris and way less fattening. I used fat free half and half instead of cream.
