Very disappointing. I was looking for a gluten free alternative to pancakes or crepes, this is neither. It tasted like a dry omelette.

Ehh it’s ok. It reminds me of French toast. It’s runny but you gotta let it cook longer than 3 min. It’s hard to get a good temp down. I partially burned all of the cakes looking for an ideal temp. It is good to get past that pancake craving.

My go-to pancake recipe. I started a Keto diet not that long ago and was thrilled to find these Keto friendly pancakes! They are DELICIOUS. Yes, they are very thin, so be careful not to break them when you flip them over. I add 1/2 - 1 tablespoons of vanilla extract, depending on how many batches I make. And I add a few sprinkles of cinnamon. Served with berries on top, they are a game changer. My husband really likes them as well!

Very good recipe. Some other recipes used considerably more almond flour which made for more of everything- I was happy to see that by decreasing the flour the pancakes were still good. Thank you!
