This was great! I changed it a bit so slightly higher net carbs. I used 1/4 cup almond flour, 1/4 cup cornmeal, 1/4 cup coconut flour plus 2 T sugar substitute. Preheated an 8" x 8" square glass pan in the oven with 2 T bacon grease. I chopped a small jalapeno and added it to the batter.
