They were delicious! You really need to mix with a mixer to get it all mixed together and creamy.

We reduced the amount of sweetener (we used coconut sugar) to one TBLS, added two extra TBLS of Peanut Butter, and added 1 large diced strawberry. The strawberry made the whole cookie! MMM...

Pretty tasty but the cream cheese didn’t allow it to taste as much like cookie dough as I’d like still, super yummy and I’ll happily make again!
