Delicious! Wonderful consistency and satisfying sweetness without being overly so. I tried it with butter and it was great, but I may try coconut oil next go around. Highly recommend. I would think you could use a lemon or almond extract instead of vanilla for a bit of variety or add mini Lilly’s sugar free chocolate chips too. Family also loved!
