Eat immediately or it dries out. Was much better cut in half toasted. I served half it with ham, sautéed spinach, poached egg and hollandaise. And other half with sugar free Nutella. Was nice but coconut flour is overpowering so I suggest only using this recipe for sweet and not savoury dishes. Sweet dish was much nicer.
