I’m not sure it’s real fair for me to evaluate this recipe because I changed the Curry’s and used chicken legs. I used Trader Joe’s bottled Red Curry with 1 tsp dried yellow curry and 1 tsp curry masala. I needed to use what I had. Followed everything else exactly. This recipe was outstanding! My husband was sooo hungry for curry on his Keto diet and was thrilled with this meal. Served over lightly sautéed cauliflower rice I hand grated. THANK YOU for sharing such a delicious recipe!!
