Unless you take your smoothies in a shot glass, the entire recipe is sufficient for a single smoothie.

Very tasty in PB and Chocolate. Made without coconut milk to save calories and this came out a little too thin and slushy rather than creamy. Would try again with more xantham gum and ice to see if that helps.
