For keto it is not bad😅 I did substitute the erythritol for stevia sugar and I had no heavy cream on hand so I used regular milk. I googled if milk was ok to have on a keto diet and it turns out it depends on the amount you use. The dough was dry after I mixed the ingredients together, but once I added the milk (1-2tbs) it came together quite nicely. In fact I was able to make the dough in a very short amount of time. The cookie did have that “keto-ey “ taste to it, but the Lily’s chocolate chips gave it a much better taste😋🥰 (the dough made only about 4 cookies for me, so I’d advise you to double it😄😋) Would recommend!
