OMG I am so happy with how these cookies came out. Finding substitutes to curb the sweet craving is awesome!! I added the coconut flour and used 1/3 cup stevia. I rolled the dough in cling wrap and froze it, I was able to make nice sized cookies that kept their shape. It ended up taking 18 minutes to cook. Perfection

Very good. Texture is different than a standard chocolate chip cookie, but the flavor is there. I have made them twice now and they don't last long.

They came out fluffy and melted in my mouth! I didn’t have the brown sugar so added more of the white. Definitely the best recipe I’ve tried! Not as dense as another recipe I’ve used! Definitely will make again!

These turned out pretty good. The coconut flavor does come through and I think that is what keeps them from tasting like regular choc. Chip cookies Mine turned out softer than I expected since I didn’t add the optional coconut flour. Definitely will make these again.

This is the best keto cookie recipe i have tried out about 15. I really dislike erythritol, but Swerve tastes much better in baking, as even tho it has erythritol, its formulated so it doesnt have the cooling effect of toothpaste. I recommend using the Swerve as a sweetener.
