It turn out good. But it was a little bland for my taste. So I add cilantro, cayenne pepper(instead of jalapeños), and some cocoa powder. To go along with it I made cheddar biscuits. My family loved it.

It turned out great I added extra salt because everything was low sodium just a personal preference. It was the perfect amount of spice for me too. I had a large green pepper and a large jalapeño.. I will definitely make this again.

Great dish. First time i followed the recipe and simmer for 2 hours. But i found that using chicken style style stock and boiled up medium high for 30 minutes or so until almost all the liquid had evaporated. Tasted so much better.

This is a pretty good chili, however it’s more low carb than Keto. To make it more Keto friendly, make sure your ground beef is no less than 80/20 fat ratio. 70/30 would be even better. It should also be made with a bone broth rather than just beef broth. I would make this again!
