Great!! My husband and son ate 2 breasts. I paired it with cauliflower mushroom garlic.

it turned out AMAZING I tweaked the recipe a little but to get the taste I was looking for, but overall I LOVE it and husband approved!

Mine was so messy! I think it was too wet after the brine? I don't know, but it tasted good and the breading was a hit with my parents!
