Not great. I followed the directions as written. Used rotisserie chicken. I tasted the mixture before I spooned it into the Pyrex & it was delicious. Then I added the remainder of the enchilada sauce as directed. I think that was a mistake. It came kind of soupy & the taste of the enchilada sauce was way too strong. If I make this again I think I’ll leave out the enchilada sauce entirely. I’m a Texan raised on TexMex, and bottled/canned enchilada sauce never tastes right to me.
