Delicious! We made with pulled rotisserie chicken to save time. Recommend a blob of sour cream and a little hot sauce.

Deliciousness! I made it in my slow cooker over night for lunch the next day (and a few days after that). I used 2 large chicken breasts (I'm pretty sure they weighed 1.5 lbs together), 1 onion, and doubled the rest. For my seasonings, I used 4 chopped garlic cloves, a whole bundle of cilantro, salt, and pepper. Topped it off with cheddar cheese and jalapeno. nomnomnoms
