- 100 grams yoghurt
- 2 Tbsp. coriander (Paste)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh mint leaves (Handful of)
- 1/2 Tbsp. tumeric
- 1/2 Tbsp. chilli powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. coriander powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. Garam Masala (I recommend this one)
- 1/2 Tbsp. cumin powder
- 1/2 lime juice
- salt
- 1 Tbsp. ginger garlic paste
- onion (Fried)
- 1 pinch saffron
- 3 drops kewra (Optional: Kewra, keora or kewda is an extract distilled from the flower of the pandanus plant.)
- 3 drops liquid (Shahi Biryani, Optional)
- melted butter
