    I added spinach to mine. Decreased the amount of cream cheese. It was great!

    I modified the recipe and instead of using zucchini noodles I used spinach and cauliflower noodles that I got from a local store. I didn’t use cream cheese and half and half but instead used two cups of heavy whipping cream and thickened it with grated Parmesan. Still super tasty and definitely low carb.

    I reduced the amount of cream cheese used heavy whipping cream instead. I used a combination of summer squash and zucchini zoodles.
    delishious... very cream cheesy though..i think i will use a little less cream cheese next time..but all in all it was easy to make..it turn out more like a goolosh..we ate it out of bowls.
