These are a favorite of my husband and me!! I did alter the recipe after I initially made them. Our hamburger comes in 1.3lb packages so I had to increase the other ingredients. I use two eggs, 1 cup of almond flour, 1 cup of cheese, and 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream. We split the recipe and I add the bacon after splitting. I still use 3 slices per each section. My husband gets regular bacon and I use turkey bacon. Also, I use butter instead of cooking spray for the muffin tins.

Great! A little too salty for me, so I cut back the second time and used a little low sugar ketchup! Yummy!!

Very tasty dish. My boyfriend loved them! I subbed in bread crumbs for the almond flour and bbq sauce for the half and half because we're not on a keto-specific diet. I give them a 4 because I think they'd be a little bland if you followed the recipe exactly. I added some garlic, montreal steak spice, and marjoram for some flavor.
