  • 1 egg (at room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 130 grams grass-fed butter (unsalted)
  • 210 grams erythritol (I did 140, I can’t imagine them needing to be sweeter)
  • 80 grams cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 eggs (at room temperature)
  • 70 grams almond flour

    After making sure I measured everything correctly, it turned out wonderful! A little bitter at first but I increased the erythritol and they came out great! Completely took care of my chocolate cravings!

    MUCH better than expected!! Very rich and satisfying dessert to eat while you’re sticking to a keto diet. That being said, consider using a higher quality almond flour to ensure a smoother brownie batter (I used Walmart brand and it turned out a little gritty).

    I've made these 3 times , and number 4 is about to go into the oven! They are just what I needed for a Keto dessert. Everybody whose tried them raves about them. This is a true winner recipe!

    the amount for the butter is wrong one stick of butter is a 113 g they plan a 5/8 cup of butter so if my math is correct it would be over and stick of butter. if the butter is off i can only imagine what other cenversions were wrong. based off of this recipe it was a salty mess and tasted terribl.

    Really gross. Tossed the whole thing out. Could have been because the whole recipe is in grams, and my conversion skills are not the best.

    These turned out great! Make sure to let them cool completely as the recipe states. We dug into them too early, from my experience they taste better and are less messy when cooled completely... but who can wait!?!
