    OMG, these tasted better than actual mashed potatoes!

    I used a steamable cauliflower, and omitted the chicken bouillon. absoluetly amazing! This recipe makes me not miss the real mashed potatoes at all, which speaks volumes. I may not use as much cream cheese next time however, or just use more cauliflower instead.
