    It was delicious and easy to make. I just think it had too much “kick” for my child and husband who don’t like to eat spicy dishes. I’ll try making it again and following the directions exactly next time. I’m giving this dish a 4 stars because it had a bit too much liquids even after baking, but maybe I could have done a better job draining everything first.

    This was amazing!! Being on Keto, we watch our carbs. We only used 8 oz tomato sauce. We also subbed red pepper flakes for cayenne because that was what we had on hand. This made 4 servings. Enough for us to have dinner & lunch the next day! Fantastic recipe! I’m sure we will make again! This is a filling recipe!

    Quick and easy. I doubled the chayenne and added pepper, and onions to the meat and used speghetti sauce instead of tomato sauce. I could switch out the parmesan with a little cottage cheese, or cream cheese. Peppers and mushrooms would be good too. It is a good basic rescipe and a way to use up any vegetables on hand.

    Quite tasty, but i changed some things, added fried onion and fried canned mushrooms, plus kale per another comment. o Made a second time, doubled the recipe, left out the kale (didn't have any). If i double again, i wouldn't double the garlic, but would more than double the cheese. Still tasty. I have also been using frozen diced tomatoes from last year's garden instead of tomato sauce, so that could be why I haven't found it too salty.
