  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh grated nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 100 grams nut butter (I used Mayvers oven roasted)
  • 50 grams syrup (maple flavoured)
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 2 cups grated carrot (270g)
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup pecans (crushed)
