Really liked this a lot I put the egg yolk on a spoon and dipped it in the boiling cream for a couple minutes to keep it runny but slightly cooked

I gave this a 3 because without my additions it would have been bland. I added, butter, mozzarella, chilli peppers and garlic salt. This was amazing after that. Will make again for sure!
