    I have made this twice! It is a delicious keto cake! I did a double layer with a keto peanut butter mousse center and a keto chocolate cream cheese frosting! Absolutely delicious and have been getting requests to make from non keyo friends and family! Make sure to watch in the oven because it will dry out quick once it’s done baking.

    not a good recipe. dry even with adding butter. maybe a good base recipe if you want to totally rework it 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷‍♀️

    It tasted good - but twice the time to bake & mine was very dry ?? So I feel like it needed some more fat of some kind? Will tweak it next time a little bit

    For some reason mine was liquidy when I put it in the pan but is dry. I had to add 10 minutes to get it to firm up. Maybe that’s the reason it is dry. But delicious nonetheless.

    This cake is awesome. It’s sugar free and low carb. I added a low carb cream cheese frosting with berries. Next time I’m doubling the recipe for double the pleasure. 😋

    Deliciously moist cake! I made sure to sift all of my ingredients. I wish I had made a mousse or creamy topping of some sort. I added a hint of orange extract and wish I had added more- orange definitely complimented the chocolatey flavor! I will absolutely make this again!!

    Delicious!! I added a little more monk sugar as the dough wasn’t to my liking, but it’s great also baked linger as 14 minutes was not near enough! Will definitely make again 👍

    It’s delicious!! Soft and moist in the inside . Next time maybe I will add a little more sugar. Also, I ground the almond flour and monk fruit into a fine powder before I started. I made only 1/2 the recipe. Yum!!!!
