Sure would have been nice to have a link on this page to the video or at least post what the consistency of the dough is supposed to be. EX Like pie dough! Mind was loose. I add more almond flour but not right. After 20 mins of try to find the YouTube link I found it. however note! In that time the dough firmed up! The almond flour absorbed the wetness. Issue was I think my eggs are fresh and EX large. Rolled out by half and trimmed with my Wilton dough scraper and cut the edges even the width of the scraper about 7". The bits I just put in with left over dough and did this times three. Perfect 1 1/" squares. Experimenting the darker brown ones sprinkled with a bit of super fine Himalayan salt on top was good. I am pure cracker lover but these will do since now I am type 2.

These are great! On keto I miss crackers for fish dip especially. Not anymore. I used my Kitchen Aid mixer, and did add a little more almond flour. Super easy! Highly recommend

I added some Trader Joe’s everything but the bagel seasoning to the mix, and then I also sprinkle some on top. Really good… The other thing I did differently, was to chill the dough a little before rolling it out, and then popping it in the freezer on the tray after rolling it out so that it was cold when I went in the oven. Turned out really well.

These crackers were very yummy, and so easy to make. I can’t wait to make them for a party!

LOVE these crackers. They are delicious and melt in your mouth. I've been looking for a keto cracker and this fits the bill precisely. My dough held together wonderfully. (I used 1/4 cup carton egg whites- which equals 2 egg whites) I followed the directions, and kept the dough on the bottom parchment, sliding it onto the baking sheet. I baked them for 20 minutes. They break apart beautifully once cooled. Will make again for sure.

İt works and tastes buttery but needs some more salt than the mentioned in the recipe
