I added some Trader Joe’s everything but the bagel seasoning to the mix, and then I also sprinkle some on top. Really good… The other thing I did differently, was to chill the dough a little before rolling it out, and then popping it in the freezer on the tray after rolling it out so that it was cold when I went in the oven. Turned out really well.

These crackers were very yummy, and so easy to make. I can’t wait to make them for a party!

LOVE these crackers. They are delicious and melt in your mouth. I've been looking for a keto cracker and this fits the bill precisely. My dough held together wonderfully. (I used 1/4 cup carton egg whites- which equals 2 egg whites) I followed the directions, and kept the dough on the bottom parchment, sliding it onto the baking sheet. I baked them for 20 minutes. They break apart beautifully once cooled. Will make again for sure.

These are excellent. Great seasoned with Creole seasoning, or you can mix some cinnamon and sweetener and they’ll be like graham crackers. 3/1/20: Oh my gosh: I did a batch with BBQ Rub: they were the best!!!

I don’t know why it didn’t work out, but I’ve tried it twice and they don’t hold together
