I’m not full keto—just vegetarian, low carb, and low sugar—so I used honey as sweetener, a spoonful of yogurt as an egg, and added a bit of peanut butter. Very good with cream cheese and fresh fruit on top. The cookies fell apart though so I put a couple at a time at the bottom of a mug like a small pie crust

Marvelous! Added an egg and cooked a few minutes longer. Looking forward to trying some extract variations. Thank you!

YumMy!!!
My edits: maple extract instead of vanilla, Pyure sweetener, added an egg, baked for 12 minutes. The dough was so delicious, I ate a whole spoonful and saved a little in the fridge 😂. These are super easy to make and so yummy. I’ll be using this recipe as a base regularly with various edits!

Was amazing! My son topped with with vanilla frosting we made from the stevia powdered sugar package. They were a huge hit!

Awesome!! I had my doubts but was pleasantly pleased. I did use monk fruit instead and added 1 more tbsp of butter.

These are delicious, although I made mine a little too sweet. Next time I’ll add less sweetener.

Delicious cookies! Easy recipe ... I added an egg to bind it better and they don’t crumble. They were perfect!

Really good but I did cheat a little. Adjusting to sugar substitutes so used 1/2 erythritol & 1/2 granulated sugar. Will try again with more substitute and less regular but will use Swerve as I don’t like the “cooling” sensation that accompanies erythritol.

I added an egg in fear that it would fall apart. It stayed together greatly!
I next time I believe I would through in some Vanilla too. I like the ease of the recipe.

Absolutely delicious one of the nicest cookies I’ve ever had, BUT it fell apart as soon I touched them
I had to use stevia because I don’t have the Erythritol so I don’t know if that was the problem
