    I added an egg in fear that it would fall apart. It stayed together greatly! I next time I believe I would through in some Vanilla too. I like the ease of the recipe.

    Absolutely delicious one of the nicest cookies I’ve ever had, BUT it fell apart as soon I touched them I had to use stevia because I don’t have the Erythritol so I don’t know if that was the problem
