I baked these buns for an hour and they looked done and sounded hollow but they were still guey in the center. I had to cut then in half and bake them longer like an open hamburger bun. They are now ok but nothing to rave about like all the reviews.

Turned out great, perfect replacement for carb loaded hamburger buns. 40 minutes in convection oven worked perfect
