Absolutely delicious! I added some crumbled bacon and chopped chives on top. Next time I think I’ll add some blue cheese crumbles. This is a great recipe to work with:) thank you:)

Awesome! And pretty darn easy to make. Will definitely make this again. I think I can even sneak the cauliflower past the kid!

delish! I used chicken breast instead of rotisserie chicken. diced it up and cooked it in olive oil, salt, & pepper. kept it toddler friendly: I chopped the chicken and cauliflower into tiny pieces; I added the buffalo sauce to my individual plate instead of mixing it into the casserole.

It was great! I added a little ranch to tone down the hot sauce a bit. I’m not a fan of hot stuff, but my fiancé is...so that was our compromise!

used spicy hot sauce and skipped heavy cream. turned out great with baked naan strips and carrots for dipping.

My husband and I made this casserole on a Sunday as our meal prep for the week. It tastes very much like a buffalo chicken dip, we improvised with garlic powder since we did not have the garlic on hand. This was a tasty dish with tortilla chips (I love Doritos) and with tortillas to make a taco dinner. We will definitely keep this in mind for our next party too!
