Amazingly! Today is my first day (attempting) on the Keto Diet. I was nervous about the turn out especially w/ very little ingredients. Nonetheless the recipe was easy to follow using turkey instead of pork. Made the meal for house who was originally wary on the whole “keto-thing” but since I do the cooking we’re all doing the “keto-thing”. They loved it asking for seconds so I’m calling this one a success. So we thank you for this one! This meal not only filled and fueled us up but it open their minds to the “keto-thing”. Thank you again!
