I like to make them with more eggs 7 or 8 and with sour cream and greek yogurt instead of cc

It turn out alright kinda bland . Put some parsley and salt in it with turkey bacon cuz I don’t like bacon .

These little guys are so tiny! They are only about an inch thick. I was hoping these would make a good "grab and go" breakfast when my wife and I are in a hurry, but they're just too small, and even 2-3 isn't very filling. They taste good, but they're also kind of sticky when reheated. I got a bunch of egg stuck on my fingers and the plate I used to reheat them. Also I used some cubed ham instead of bacon, and it sunk to the bottom so I had to eat them upside-down or else the pieces would fall out when I took a bite. Still, good for a part of a breakfast, but I was looking for an all-in-one breakfast.

Good. My son loves these. I don’t use cottage cheese though and they are just fine without it. Good breakfast, much more healthy than what he normally wants to eat

delicious!! added green onion slices and used herbed salt instead of sea salt to suit my own taste.
