its ok....kinda flat tasing to me, maybe add just a bit of onion salt or ground onion next time. Worth playing with this recipe to see if I can perfect to my taste

it was very good, which was kind of a surprise, just started keto last month. we thought to much of biscuit dough so next time make more biscuits without making more dough. steamed them to warm up, and made a honey mustard sauce.

Delicious! Instead of pre-made sausage patties, I used ground pork sausage that I shaped into patties.

I have made this one twice now. I like them because they keep well. I make them on the weekend then have one every morning with coffee.

Amazing!!! I made a double batch and it turned out great! Making it again today for my breakfast on the go.

Used a flat cookie pan on parchment paper instead of a muffin pan. Amazing and great for on-the-go.

These were fantastic! I used an 8-pack of Jimmy Dean pre-cooked sausages, and this was enough dough to cover them all. The only problem was that the patties were too big to fit down in my muffin tray, so next time I'll make my own sausages to make sure they're small enough. I had to set them in at an angle, and the dough melted down into the tray so some of them had weird holes in the back where the patty had angled up. But these are a great "grab and go" breakfast, and reheat perfectly with 30 seconds in the microwave.

I used frozen patties and it tasted alright. Next time though, I think I will cook fresh ground sausage into patties. The dough turned out great!!

Easy to make and tastes great. Kind of tastes like sausage and cheese wrapped in a pancake.

I was getting sick of eggs for breakfast and although my cravings for carbs have reduced to almost none in the 10 days since I started keto, I was wanting something a little breadlike. This turned out amazing and was so satisfying I’ll definitely make it again!
