    It tastes like an almond cake, or a type of brioche, but not as sweet. Its a pretty good bread substitute. The texture was a bit crumbly.

    I'm eating it right now, first time I've made it. I am so happy! I spread a slice with almond butter. Trying to restrain myself! Great texture, firm enough. I used fine almond flour, but the almonds in it weren't blanched, so the color was like whole wheat bread. Worked just fine.

    Made it with 4 eggs instead of 5 and turned out perfect. Surprisingly bread-like texture!
