Delicious! I may add a tiny pinch more salt next time, just a touch too sweet. This is the best keto blueberry muffins recipe I’ve tried so far.

Absolutely amazing and easy recipe!!! I used 1/3 cup of normal granulated sugar instead of the substitute and turned out delicious. I also made variations (lemon, chocolate chip, Reese’s, and s’mores) all of which turned out great! This is a lovely base recipe to add some extra toppings to!

I used plain Greek yogurt, Truvia and added some almond extract. I was afraid it wouldn’t be sweet enough but they were a perfect amount of sweet. My 10 and 12 year old asked for seconds!

They are really great. The yogurt is a plus for moistness and the texture is really nice

Yum! These are very tasty muffins and satisfy my muffin cravings! You can make all different versions of muffins with the base recipe. Ex: Add coconut flakes, chopped dried cherries and almond extract for a different flavor instead of blueberries.
