These were amazing!!i I used 4 packets of Stevia not liquid; added 1/4 C Coconut Flour and 1/4 tsp. Xanthan Gum. And ended up with 10 muffins. Recipe never said when to add blueberry so I just pressed them into batter after dropping muffin dough.
Liked them so much that I turned right around made the same batter and added 4 TBSP chocolate peanut butter powder and 1/4 c. semi-sweet mini choc chips (for more carbs), an extra TBSP of butter and whipping cream, and it yielded 12 muffins.

These are the bomb! Light a fluffy in the middle and crunchy on the outside! Yum!
