Like a sweet blueberry frittata, floating in the coconut oil. More like a pudding than a cheesecake.

Yuck! Did not even remotely resemble cheesecake. Something is not right on the instructions as it ended up an incredibly oily batch of scrambled eggs. Threw it away,

I am pretty happy with this recipe and will make again. I kinda messed up and blended the half cup of blueberries in but realized as they blended and then just added more once I put them in my glass dish for baking. I didn’t have paper to line with but there was no problems with sticking and I might have used to much coconut oil because when it came out of the oven I ended up pouring or draining some of the oil off. Kinda reminded me of a soufflé.

I baked it twice as long at a higher temp, and still had to put it back in the oven. Wondering if the team and time are correct.

Tasted like sweet, very buttery, scrambled eggs... followed the recipe exactly...wanted/tried to like it but no chance, went in the bin
