They were delisiou. great easy recipie . i baked mine a little longer and did a double batch.

Amazing! Used parsley instead of cilantro and yellow onion instead of red onion. Also oregano in place of time. Still great, will make again!

Great recipe! Lots of flavor. I substituted beef bacon because we don’t eat pork or pork products. Definitely will make it again.

Before and after photos. These were really great as appetizers while watching football! I used toothpicks to secure the bacon strips and started them browning in a skillet before wrapping around the meatballs.

Well they tasted delicious but the time needs to be longer because the bacon wasn’t thourghly cooked and needs toothpicks to hold the bacon to the meat other that they were fantastic busting with flavor will make these in the future.

These were really easy to put together. The cilantro is a solid add. I also used a little chili powder. Delicious, I’ll make these again.
