- 1 cup sweetener (Sukrin Gold, or Lakanto Gold sweetener)
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg (fresh grated)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 100 grams banana
- 60 grams flax meal (golden, or golden flax seeds milled extra fine)
- 20 grams coconut flour
- 150 grams almond meal
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder (I totally recommend Bobs Red Mill Baking Powder for best rise)
- 10 grams psyllium husk powder (or chia flour)
- 1 tsp. xanthan gum
- 4 eggs
- 80 grams Greek natural yogurt
- 2 tsp. banana extract (INSTEAD of banana)
- 1 cup walnuts (or brazil nuts chopped)
