i couldnt keep the dough from completely falling apart. dont think ill try again. meat was ok. not all that flavorful.

The meat mixture must have salt and pepper added! Parchment paper is a must and if you do 1 1/2 of the dough you use all the meat. I added some green enchilada sauce, diced tomato, avacado and sour cream on top. And I didn’t flip, just sprayed the top with a little cooking spray to brown them.

Amazing. Restaurant-level amazing. Must use parchment paper. The “dough” recipe is enough for 4 large empanadas. I also did not turn mine over. Crispy on both sides after ~14/15 minutes.

They were great. And they were keto. My family loved these. I will definitely make these again.

They were delicious, however, they didn’t turn over well. The dough was sticky, so I put olive oil on my finger tips to help press them out.
