Delicious. Better than a regular everything bagel. I love the flavor of the blanched almonds.

Very nice, tasty and fluffy but I used a bagel’s baking pan instead of trying to shape them with hands.

This is a delicious recipe that I’ll definitely make again and experiment with flavors. As others have already said, it’s more of a biscuit texture, so I made an egg, bacon and cream cheese biscuit sandwich. Thanks for the wonderful low carb recipe!

Super yummy!!! 😋 I will definitely make again. Mine turned out more like a biscuit but I haven’t tried putting it in the toaster yet.

These are very good! Held together well. Dividing the dough into four, they end up about half the size of a normal bagel. Not the same texture as a normal bagel either but darn good! Will definitely make them again! Liked the tips on browing/toasting in the reviews as the bottoms definitely got browner than the tops.

Wow, just made these for breakfast and they turned out as good as the keto bagels I buy from my keto bakery! Fairly easy to make and so good toasted up with eggs and cheese for a breakfast sandwich.

It is a great breakfast item for the Keto diet, would suggest to anybody thinking about trying Keto

Tasted amazing but not quite the consistency of a true bagel. These will be fluffier. My bagels were more sized of a mini bagel than your standard store bought ones.

Smells delicious, super easy to make, waiting for them to cool down.
I used premade Everything mixture and only sprinkled on top none in the dough.
I baked for 15, turned off oven and let sit inside for another 4 mins to brown a bit more; the bottoms are a perfect golden color.

Delicious! Used garlic granules rather than minced onion. Added all other ingredients as the recipe indicates.

I love these.
I made a few changes tho.
I used coconut butter. I bought both poppy and sesame seeds separately and then mixed them, so there’s no added salt. Also, I didn’t add salt.
Also, I used Texmex cheese, amazing option if you like a bit spicy!!!! For the crunch factor, I baked, sliced and baked for another 5 minutes face down.
Much better this way!!

Came out quite good. Doesn’t have the same crunch as a toasted bagel, but a great keto substitute

Very good, but I will cut down on the Everything mix on the next batch as mine were a bit salty. Also, leave the whole in the middle big enough as the dough expands when you bake them.

i don't know why i don't make these more often. They are super easy, forgiving if you aren't a precise measurer, and are such a treat for a gluten-free keto person.
