They didn’t turn out as fluffy but my mixture was more wet because I used fresh mozarella. I also left out the bacon just to see. They are tasty though! And I agree it fulfilled my bread craving!

I made these, definitely worth making again. However, they did not get as fluffy fat like they are shown in pictures.

pretty good. definitely fulfilled my bread craving while on keto. the cheese mixture was hard to mix in the the flour and egg but it turned out 👍
